At least with Box and Dropbox, all your data is contained under that roof when you view data.

The fact that it merges so well with the Microsoft ecosystem is its biggest strength and weakness in my opinion. One minute your in OneDrive, next minute you are in SharePoint, and it's easy to get lost in the Microsoft ecosystem. My biggest complaint with OneDrive is it is easy for users to get lost. We also support OneDrive but it has always been my least favorite, but it has gotten better over the years. I get lots of tickets regarding weird quirks regarding Box and it has always been that way. However regarding their sync agent, it's not nearly as good as Dropbox. It has a plethora of management features and security options.

Out of all the solutions we sell, Dropbox has some of our highest satisfaction and the least amount of tickets associated with it.īox is also an excellent product that is more focused on business. On the admin side of things, it's very light on what you can do which isn't great, but depending on what you need it for you may not need a ton to manage. It's great with delta updates and is one of the only sync solutions out there that supports LAN sync. Dropbox has the best sync agent out of all the players in my opinion.
